Turnover Calculator Tool (2020). Resource Type: Toolkit. Description: Health centers can access this tool on a rolling basis, completing their turnover information from the year prior. Once adequate information has been collected, ACU will be able to aggregate the data on a state, regional and national basis, which can be shared to assist health centers in benchmarking their own data. By completing the tool, health centers will also be able to calculate the total cost of turnover at their organization as well as receive recommendations for mitigating turnover. More Details...

Assessing Provider Satisfaction: And how to design health IT interventions to improve satisfaction and reduce burden, January 2020 (2020). Resource Type: Publication. Description: This resource puts forth several options for assessing provider satisfaction or burden, with a focus on health IT. Each provider assessment also includes information about cost and access. In addition to surveying providers, there is other information that can be assessed for baseline when planning an intervention to decrease burden. Recruitment & Retention Case Studies: Stories from the Field (2018). Resource Type: Publication. Description: This report is the result of interviews conducted in March 2017 with staff at five health centers around the country who have dealt with a variety of specific challenges in their recruitment and retention efforts. Documenting the challenges faced by these health centers the report, details the interventions that have been employed to address them, and the processes and resources that were helpful in implementing these interventions.
