HOP is a national non-profit organization based in Oakland, CA. We respond to community needs by equipping health partners with relevant, strategic knowledge and tools to transform communities from the ground up, resulting in a healthy and equitable society.
Clients include health centers, Primary Care Associations, Health Center Controlled Networks, Clinic Consortia, local health departments, advocacy organizations, and other organizations that seek to improve health services, access to care, and health equity.
