(LCF Georgia) was founded in 2017 to provide economic funding to groups that do critical work in the state but lack access to networks of funding and power. Dr. Rodriguez’s and her team’s farmworker research and outreach efforts and pre-existing relationships with producers in this rural region of Texas helped propel this initiative into action.
