Resource Summary: Focusing specifically on Nutrition, this webinar builds on the lessons learned from MCN's ECHO Diabetes Series and discusses the Diabetes Outreach Tool" My Health Is My Treasure" comic book. The tool is provided in English and Spanish and webinar is presented in Spanish with simultaneous interpretation into English.
Resource Details: A healthy diet is essential to living well with diabetes. For migrant, immigrant, and farmworker populations, incorporating diabetes-appropriate meals in their everyday diet can be a challenge offset by much needed education on Diabetes and Nutrition.
