Resource Details: This webinar was designed for health center staff and aims to increase the audience's knowledge of and capacity to identify best practices around strengthening partnerships and care coordination in school-based health centers, define ways to incorporate evidence-based strategies into school-based health care, and ideas around measuring these practice outcomes, and how implementing telehealth care in school settings is a way to improve students' access to care.
