Resource Summary: The National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH) in collaboration with Exhale to Inhale, presents the Trauma-Informed Yoga Workshop and Practice. Exhale to Inhale is a non-profit organization that offers essential wellness practices to communities affected by violence and provides trauma-informed training and education to help create trauma-informed spaces, During this webinar, participants will learn about trauma symptoms, how trauma-informed yoga can be used as a modality to support and empower survivors of sexual and domestic violence, and ways trauma-informed yoga can also be used for self-care.
