Resource Summary: The National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH) in collaboration with Finger Lakes Community Health Center provide an overview of change management, what it is, and how best to support staff through change within health centers. Presenters also provide strategies for leading organizational change on a large or small scale based on six categories of effective change management (Governance and Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and Training, Monitoring and Evaluating, and Workflow Analysis and Design) and share resources and promising practices for implementation by featuring the work of Finger Lakes Community Health Center who's had success in implementing change management strategies at their health center.
