Resource Summary: Staff wellness is critical to reducing turnover; and providing adequate compensation, especially taking into consideration recent inflation and housing challenges is inextricably linked to said staff wellness. An environment that fosters wellness is essential to recruiting and retaining new and existing staff. This webinar will discuss promoting staff wellness through adequate, appropriate, and transparent compensation including benefits and “thriving” wages.
