This fact sheet asks “what does it mean to be trauma-informed” and explains the concept of resilience, both individual and organizational. It details how health centers can operate in a “new normal” to support staff well-being after experiencing the acute and prolonged trauma of COVID-19 pandemic and other national and global struggles.
