Resource Summary: Every dose of COVID-19 vaccine is precious and can save lives. In response to concerns about wasted vaccine and to assist in identifying various causes of vaccine waste and potential countermeasures to reduce their occurrence, the Public Health Foundation developed the Process Decision Program Chart for COVID-19 Vaccine Waste.
