Resource Summary: This annually updated evidence-based guide provides a comprehensive approach to the prevention, screening, management, and patient health literacy and self-management of diabetes. Sections address special populations that include children, elders, pregnant women, the food insecure, migrant and seasonal agricultural workers, and those with comorbid health conditions. Facilitating behavior change to reduce diabetes risk, complement sections focused on Prediabetes and the delay in progression of diabetes.
