Resource Details: Quality improvement (QI) is a vital component of PCMH recognition. The School-Based Health Alliance provides tools and resources in this publication to help school-based health centers enhance their QI processes. Although the health care industry was one of the last industries to embrace quality improvement, it’s moving rapidly to catch up.
