Resource Summary: This tool has guided key questions to ask in determining whether an individual and his/her family seeking health care at a health center are agricultural workers, and if they are to be considered seasonal (stay in one area all year long) or migratory. The four questions are in alignment with the Public Health Service definitions of "Migrant", "Seasonal", "Aged or Disabled" farmworkers and agricultural employment.
