This session covered what the status of the various temporary federal telehealth policies will be once the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) ended on May 11, 2023. As health services have increasingly been provided through virtual care, one important policy discussed was the proposed rules that impact the prescribing of controlled substances using telehealth.
