Resource Summary: NCFH developed this publication to provide strategies, specifically for health centers, for maintaining relationships with growers, contractors, and employers that employ Migratory and Seasonal Agricultural Workers (MSAWs).

Resource Details: This resource provides three strategies that are a compilation of successful approaches health center staff and outreach specialists have used to maintain relationships with employers to increase MSAW access to essential health care services. This resource also includes recommended actions for implementation of each strategy with associated tools and resources to support the action linked. This resource concludes with a Relationship Action Plan Template to support health center staff in implementing the strategies.
