Resource Summary: This webinar was developed to support health centers as they work through the sliding fee discount utilization assessment tool developed by the National Association of Community Health Center’s (NACHC). This tool was designed to support health center compliance with Chapter 9, Element L of the Health Center Program Compliance Manual published by the Health Resources and Services Administration or HRSA.

Resource Details: Health Centers are required to review and evaluate their sliding fee discount program every three years (Chapter 9, Element L of the Health Center Program Compliance Manual) and NACHC has developed a sliding fee discount utilization assessment tool to support health centers in collecting and analyzing relevant data to maintain compliance with this requirement. NACHC’s Director of Health Center Finance Training, Gervean Williams, and Catherine Gilpin, CPA, Managing Director, FORVIS, LLP will discuss the Health Center Program Compliance requirement for evaluation of Sliding Fee Discount Programs and review NACHC's utilization assessment tool.
