Resource Summary: MHP Salud, CSH, and NHCHC collaborated to present a national webinar that highlighted the value of the Community Health Workers (CHWs)/Peer Specialists in health centers through SDOH community connections. Presented in a coffee chat format, this webinar was interactive and featured various resources that focus on the strategies identified through the voice of lived expertise and education partners.
