This map shows the location of Health Centers, Envision Centers and Jobs Plus sites. EnVision Centers are centralized hubs that provide people living in public housing with resources and support needed to excel. Jobs Plus Sites. The place-based Jobs Plus Initiative program addresses poverty among public housing residents by incentivizing and enabling employment.
