Workforce

Resource List

workforce meetingHealth centers rely on a skilled, sufficient workforce to turn their mission into reality, delivering care that is both comprehensive and patient-centered. Building that workforce takes deliberate investment: education and training that sharpen clinical and practical skills, leadership development that prepares staff to guide teams through change, recruitment that brings the right people in the door, retention that keeps them there, team-based care that replaces silos with collaboration, and the smart use of data, tools, and dashboards to guide workforce decisions. Together, these elements form the foundation of a health center's capacity to serve its community.

These resources have been developed by the National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs). Check back as new resources are continually added.
