Colorectal Cancer Screening Digital Story (2016). Resource Type: Video. Description: This digital story, narrated in Spanish with English subtitles, educates the viewers about Colorectal Cancer Screening, the types of tests, the guidelines and the importance of getting the screening done according to guidelines to prevent/ early detect colorectal cancer. The story follows Maria, a 52-year-old woman who is advised by her doctor to take a Colorectal Cancer Screening test during a routine health visit. ​ As one of the Clinical Performance Measures, Health Centers must document and track the percentage of patients aged 50-75 who have completed the appropriate screening for colorectal cancer.
