Description: The purpose of this Financial Assessment for Provider Turnover Tool (previously released as the Financial Impact Tool) is to assist you in realizing the actual costs of provider turnover. These costs can include direct costs, such as advertising and recruiting services, but also indirect costs, such as staff time dedicated to finding locum tenens (temporary) and permanent providers.
