Resource Summary: National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH), in collaboration with the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) presented a webinar on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and diabetes in a safety-net setting. The presentation highlighted the impacts of undiagnosed CKD on health outcomes, described the prevalent inequities in CKD and impacts of CKD in rural and agricultural worker populations, and reviewed population health focused quality improvement strategies.
