Resource Details: This resource provides educational prevention tools that CHWs can use and share with MSAWs and other vulnerable populations to reduce diabetic health complications. There are several downloadable resources available to guide CHWs on risk factors and prevention methods for oral, eye, and foot health complications, which are commonly linked to diabetes. The guide can be downloaded for free in English and Spanish at MHP Salud’s website.
