Resource Summary: Based on the works of positive psychology researcher, Shawn Achor and taught in Harvard’s famed happiness course and to companies worldwide, The Happiness Advantage provides a sustainable approach to increasing optimism and resilience, reducing stress, and enhancing productivity at the individual, team, and organization level.

Resource Details: This 90-minute webinar features Shawn Achor, a leading expert on the connection between happiness and success, and Joey Marie Horton, CEO of North Country Family Health Center. Shawn will share his research on what positive psychology is and provide practical applications and strategies for reaping the Happiness Advantage in the midst of change and challenge, while Ms. Horton will share the implementation story and impact of the Happiness Advantage curriculum at her health center in 2021, a replicable model for success. Following this webinar, NACHC will offer a series of workshops and a train the trainer event on the same topic.
