Resource Summary: La pandemia de COVID-19 ha sido un evento traumático para todos. Dentro de su trabajo, los promotores de salud han manejado el trauma de los trabajadores agrícolas y sus familias, a veces asumiéndolo. En este entrenamiento, los participantes aprenderán cómo identificar el síndrome de agotamiento profesional, la fatiga por compasión y el trauma vicario que podrían sentir en su trabajo con poblaciones vulnerables. Los facilitadores llevarán a los participantes en explorar estrategias para prevenir y manejar estos efectos y crearán un espacio para compartir las experiencias, apoyarse unos a otros y practicar técnicas de sanación y la atención plena. El entrenamiento será realizado en español.
