Resource Details: This model Memorandum of Understanding provides a template from which health centers and partnering domestic violence programs can adapt and build upon. The purpose of this tool is to help establish and sustain health center and domestic violence program partnerships. It provides sample language for suggested regular meetings, cross-trainings, roles and responsibilities of each partnering agency, and guidance for monitoring progress.
