Enrollment occurs year-round as a result of Open Enrollment and Special Enrollment Periods. This tool serves as a guide for enrollment assisters and is a “living” document that can be amended based on individual needs. The circles flow in rotation with the exception of Outreach & In-Reach which is year-round.
