Resource Summary: This is the second webinar of the Special and Vulnerable Populations - Diabetes Task Force's 2020 National Learning Series. This session is focused on health literacy in diabetes and is part one of a four-part webinar series on effective strategies to prevent, treat, and manage diabetes among special and vulnerable health center program patients.
