Resource Summary: This case study highlights a collaboration between a state primary care association, the West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA), and an academic institution, West Virginia University’s (WVU) Center for Executive Education. Through their joint efforts, new and prospective managers and leaders gain skills and knowledge; they are afforded peer networking opportunities; and are ultimately better prepared to meet their health centers’ current and future leadership challenges.
