Resource Summary: NNOHA and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council partnered to develop this fact sheet on oral health and diabetes for patients experiencing homelessness. This purpose is to highlight linkages between periodontal disease, diabetes, and homelessness, as well as address, frequently asked questions related to understanding and caring for individuals who are experiencing homelessness.
