Resource Details: The Council has developed a guide for health centers interested in establishing access and improving quality of care for transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) people without homes. As the unique health care needs of this historically underserved population gain more national attention, health centers may find themselves unprepared to adequately deliver care.
