Resource Summary: This Excel-based tool is designed to support validation of EHR reporting for the Adult BMI clinical measure by comparing results from EHR to results from chart reviews or examination of underlying data. This assists in identifying specific data elements that are not being captured appropriately, either as a result of workflow or EHR report logic, and thereby effecting compliance rates.
