Resource Summary: This Office Hour webinar brings together subject matter experts to address - and answer participants' questions about - a systems orientation within a Clinical Leader's core competency development. Through real-life examples and case studies, it focuses on enhancing a Clinical Leader's ability to: (1) Utilize both "big picture" and detailed systems thinking when analyzing issues; (2) Align tactical clinical operations with the center's mission, vision, and values; (3) Manage change within the clinical staff as the center moves toward new models of care delivery; and (4) Actively work to integrate Public/Population Health issues with routine primary care.
