Resource Summary: Health Center Program Grantees are required to comply with all relevant federal mandates, including the Public Health Service Act, Section 330 Program Requirements. The information shared in this session of the Program Requirements Webinar Series is intended to orient health center staff and board members on the topic of Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI). During this 60 minute webinar, the elements of QA/QI will be addressed, required documentation to show compliance will be reviewed, and considerations when including Migratory and Seasonal Agricultural Workers (MSAWs) in QA/QI initiatives will be discussed.
