Resource Summary: The first webinar in the series will provide an overview of leadership responsibilities generally expected from board chairs. These include: communicating with the CEO and other board members, guiding/mentoring new committee chairs and new board members, resolving conflicts among board members, and asking tough questions before board decision-making. Understanding expectations is key to preventing confusion, frustration, and chaos.
