Resource Summary: This session provides participants with an understanding of the primary building blocks of health center capital finance and how to combine multiple sources, including New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), to obtain the absolute lowest cost funding. Capital Link will be joined by a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to offer the lender’s perspective on how health centers may best access capital for their projects. CDFIs are a source of debt capital that continue to play an expanded role in financing community health center capital projects.
